HSN Shipping delays

HSN has had major shipping delays –by weeks not days. There is yet to be a major frequent notification to customers on TV or on line that shipping can not be expected in the normal 5 buisness days.

As many of us purchase items as gifts or at least to be used almost immediately, this is a sort of disceptive advertising.

This will hurt HSN image if they do not get straight with customers on every order placed and even in posting the proper shipping alerts before items are purchased.
