I will always have a bit of anger everytime I see Joy’s Flop. I am stuck with it (and this is the replacement one!) due to shipping costs and incovenience….this must be how Joy ensures that her sales look good.  So many can’t/won’t return and soon the item number will change and more people will be in the same ‘bucket’ we are :womanfrustrated:

Thanks for the offer, but I would also have to find a box for the bucket, extra head and the bags I also ordered along with the mop. I already went through exchanging the first one, only to have the same issues with the replacement-hard to use and hard on hands/wrists.  I have an adult disabled son and the inconvience to get everything boxed and ready to ship is not worth the trouble!!! Not to mention buying the box and paying for shipping on the items other than the defective mop.

Lol…Yes!!!  My spinmop…ahhhh.  Even with it’s mix match of differnt color parts and bucket.  It is easy to use, to wring, and my floors are not left drenched in water.

@nkri, the laptops come with built in speakers. The sound is listed as DTS Stereo Sound. 

This question asked 4 hours ago yet their presentation has not changed at all. They talk incessantly about colors & personal nonsense instead of SPECS!!!!
