Disappoint

I ordered a Bose Wave for my husband’s 50th bday. I was so excited because i had been searching hsn and qvc for months. Why did I receive an email a few days later indicating that it was sold out and here is 5.00 for your trouble type email. They think they may get it back in January but no guarantee. Wow…don’t you know how many you have in stock? This ruined all of my surprise bday plans for him on Jan 1st. Can’t find another Bose for same price. Wow…holiday times are very important to us shoppers and not knowing your inventory is such BS.
