Diane Gilman! Enough!
(*,) ](*,)
interrupts again but when doing so she just gets louder and louder trying to drown out the host…… and she wins every time. Putting aside how rude she is I think she is in need of a makeover, and she is telling us how to dress?. I think she is still living back in the 70’s and 80’s……..are you going to take fashion advice from a woman who dresses from the 70’s and wears her hair all blown up just like we did back then? Come to think of it she reminds me a lot of the character Peg Bundy from Married With Children. ~Enough said~

…and the wisdom to change the channel as needed…..

I‘ve noticed that comments have been made about Diane Gilman, Susan Graver and Joy Mangano. I totally agree with everyone here when they say how rude they all are for constantly talking over the hosts. It’s hard to watch and hear the host describe the item when they never stop talking and talk over the host. I get frustrated and change the station. I think one thing they all have in common is that they are all from the same area of NY. Wish someone would tell them they need to allow the hosts to do their job. Show them some of these posts to see how the customers feel about their rude behavior.

? hi, i bought five of those cashmire sweaters when they went on sale and had free shipping! aren’t they wonderful?? i couldn’t resist the quality, the price. i just watch on line with it muted. some of her clothes are amazing, some… not so much. i do have a few of her velvet jackets and jeans…nice. but those sweaters!!! we’re very lucky.
you are right we can’t please everyone. i only shop her items on line. i just can’t watch her. i also can’t wait for it to be cool enough to wear those sweaters.:catvery-happy: 95 yesterday with thunderstorms! whew.

? wow, sorry. but i disagree with EVERYTHING you said. EVERYTHING. i live on long island. bring DG into my neighborhood and NO ONE WOULD NOTICE. she would blend right in. there is nothing special about that woman at all. nothing. i am qutie positive that she didn’t have to take a course on how to act to sell. did she and kanye go to bully school “overseas” ? that’s a good one though. too funny.

l thinks she’s great. Her cashmere sweaters are fantastic and her jeans work for me.
You can’t please everyone so you gotta please yourself.

? this is hilarious!!!! this thread was started in 2013 and is still going???!!!!!! I LOVE IT. personally, i can’t stand DG. nothing, nada, zip. i NEVER watch her. today i was online and the little tv was on the screen with her doing that weird leg bending thing that she does to show the stretch in her, whatever they are at the moment, “jeans” ….ooohhhh i can’t even think about it!!!
but the nasty comments from those who attack those who don’t care for her are priceless. wow some in the community need to calm down!!!!
welcome new friend ?!!!

There’s no excuse for her rude behavior.
-
Not only rude but her style is so tasteless. She’s in need of a professional makeover.

Diane gave me back my “sassy” with her jeans. I admire her style and ability to relate to women of all sizes and ages. I think she is funny and jazzy, there is something to be said about growing old gracefully. We all have our personality quirks. Thanks Diane for getting me into jeans that fit and are cool, some of the styles I don’t like, I don’t buy.

DG = Woody Woodpecker :womanlol:

What I find humorous is when the hosts try to get a word in edgewise….the look on their faces as Diane verbally mows them down like they dont exist. She demands control and nobody dares to stop her. Apparently she makes HSN a lot of money. I bet the hosts dread working with her on air. No way I could tolerate her obnoxious rudeness….I turn the channel when she is on.

Post a video of yourself so that we can critique YOU, MiamiSweety. DG has beautiful hair and is not rude. Jealous?

I don’t believe the old days of being polite, courteous, and honest in selling are over. If a vendor or host annoys me, I fight back by turning the channel and NOT purchasing their product. There is so much competition these days that you’re sure to find a similar product elsewhere at maybe even half the cost.
For many, rudeness just comes naturally. It’s be more worthwhile to attend a class about good manners and how NOT to be obnoxious when you’re hawking your product.

DIANE GILMAN is super LIVELY! I like her. DG is putting ants in the pants of these well speaking sales women / frisky models. She knows how to sell her products with hard hitting dynamics. She is dynamite in a crystal palace.
