It appears to be a one-off type thing for Holiday Host Picks – he’ll be on from 8-10 am EST on October 15th. YAY!!!! We’ll take what we can get!

Thank you so much problem is I opened my items n tossed the box it came in not opening the makeup till I just was going to use it the other day n that’s when I noticed it was broken I didn’t think of checking them :/

Call Customer Service and tell them you received a defective item and that you would like a replacement (as long as the item is in stock). Make sure they do an even exchange and do not charge any return shipping or replacement shipping back to you. I have done this and never had a problem. Then check your order status and the total will say $0 to replace. If it is not in stock, you should receive a FULL refund.

Hi Janella. You can do a number of things. 1. You can send an e-mail directly to customer service describing the item. There is a link in blue above this area that you can use. (2) You can place a call directly to customer service at 800-284*3900 number, or if you bought the product on-line, then you can call 1-800-933-2887. (3) You can return the item without a phone call by packaging in the original box and envelope and completing the bottom of your invoice. One of the questions you need to answer is whether you would like a replacement. Don’t forget to separate this part from the original invoice and put it in the envelope. The return shipping label should be on the back of the invoice.
Now, after all is said and done, one of the manager’s on this website will also be able to assist you. They monitor all areas in the community. Hope this helps you.

I am sorry that you received a broken blush janelle22mooo. You should have your order info ready and call customer service to see what can be done to help you. Or you may receive help if you post this in the Customer Service–need help section of the forums. The mods are ususally pretty quick to respond to you there.

SHARON818, thank you for the info. That day OCTOBER 15 is my birthday and seeing Bill on that day is a gift to me. A GREAT WAY to start a birthday evening, with good ole Bill. Looking forward to seeing that classy man. Going to record this for sure! He is handsome, dresses like a man should (VOGUE…G.Q.), and I bet his smell delivers some kind of crispness….manly, sexy..the list goes on. :womantongue: BILL WE ALL MISS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sharon818 I do not know how you found out, but it’s the best news ever. Bill Green has always been one of my favorites because of his honesty and his ability to describe items whether it’s clothing, electronics or jewelry. He is one of a few who does not interrupt a guest and lets them finish their thoughts before he adds his impressions. He is not afraid to tell you that if he doesn’t know something he will try to get the information, which he always does. Hopefully, he will return as a host or be able to juggle both positions. He is one in a million and definitely missed…..
