Aaron Berger (not a host but….)
Okay, is it just me or does Aaron get on anyone elses nerves??!! I know he’s not a host, but electronic expert….pulllease! He talks a mile a minute and thinks that if he acts all peppy, we’ll buy the product. Chris Scanlon was much better when she did the electronics. I was excited to see the new Flip video but when I heard Callie say his name, I immediately turned the channel. I’ll buy the product somewhere else. He’s just TOO painful to watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like when he is talking about an item then all of the sudden he hesitates and swallows then gets right back to acting oh I mean selling he’s good!

Aaron is a great seller and if you can do better go ahead and try. Those of you who like the "Q" go on and watch it and leave HSN alone. The "Q" is losing vendors and we love that. They may or may not want you as a buyer. HSN is cordual and polite. Aaron is also knowledgeable as well and funny to boot. So of you who think otherwise, put in you application and/or send a resume to see about a job and sell stuff. All of you Aaron haters, don’t watch.

It’s interesting to read the positive and negative comments about presenters and hosts. Obviously, as one commenter said, everyone’s taste is different. It makes no difference how much you criticize a host; the only thing that matters is how much product they sell. If you see a host disappear it’s not because there have been so many gets-on-my-nerves complaints, it’s because they aren’t selling. It’s all about money. If you don’t care for a host don’t buy the product. That’s the best way to "complain." I do think we forget that these are real-life people who have feelings. Making constructive suggestions is one thing, name calling is quite another.

Anyone here remember truth in advertising laws? I like Aaron…think he just talks fast…so does my daughter who is a teacher and so does my grandson who is 8! I tell them I have slow ears so they have to slow down so I can understand them! I enjoy Aaron’s presentations as long as he gives the info and doesn’t try to sell me and I wish the hosts would just shut up and let us hear what we need to know about the product. And, don’t lie to me.
-
I’ve been so critical of Aaron in the past, that I feel a little bad. However, all of my criticism of him were very warranted.
(1). The hosts should Shut up and give Aaron proper time to tell/SHOW us the item.
(2). When Aaron gets his time, he should Not try to ‘sell’ the item. Tell and Show us the item – Facts!
I think what it amounts to is that HSN needs to hire an ‘electronics expert’ and allow Aaron to do other things Behind The Scenes! .. Joe is a pretty good expert.

I like Aaron, he seems very humble and sorta nervous. But he tries and is not interrupting the host or pushy like some .See I couldnt stand Chris Scanlon. so it just goes to show how individual we all are with our likes and dislikes.
I would never want any of the hosts or electronic experts to lose their livelihood over me not liking how they talked. They have families and bills to pay.

He just talks to fast. Too hyper for me. B

Cant stand him either, In fact they need to over haul the male host dept. He does think if he talks fast its going to help, just kills me. The latest thing they are doing which I loathe is they get all excited and then they stand up and bounce on their tippy toes. Do you even believe it???

I have to agree with you whole heartedly. I don’t mind the fast talk, but when he makes statements that are in no way true, it certainly raises my brow. For instance he stated today that HP is the number one computer manufacturer in the country (not verbatim)…well that was true once, but Lenova has bumped HP out of its number one spot. All it takes is a little effort and research, Aaron. Then he stated (or pretended to guessimate) how much it would take to upgrade to Windows 8. I don’t know about the rest of the country, but my upgrade (as a registered user) from windows 7 to 8 was 20 bucks. Apple’s OS was totally free…seems the industry is changing the game as far as OS upgrades are concerened. With that said, I have no doubts Aaron is a good guy, but he could be a better (coughs) expert.

I agree Aaron also irritaes me. I liked Sasha he was less manic and more informative. I see that Sasha has now moved to another shopping channel as their electronics expert. I think Aaron was an actor that never made it so he settled for this gig.

When he blathers on and on…all I hear is "Blah, blah blah."
I LOVE when something he’s trying to show off doesn’t go right…it makes me Laugh out loud.
One little extra hint to ALL the hosts: Please…stop saying ‘literally’ all the time.
Thank you.

I like Aaron. He knows his stuff, but only has a short amount of time to tell us about the product. I find the women guest hosts totally annoying!!! Lea Little, GPX, the girl for Dyson, and Melissa Dawson for the phones. GPX and Dyson are like trained robots from Disneyland!

Oh wow, either Aaron is busy creating new sign ons or he has his little friends hard at work, how very strange all these posts from people that have little history, a tad bit obvious. Aaron is awful to watch, he is a speed demon and the faster he talks the faster I walk. I used to be able to listen to him, but I refuse to subject my spirit to this type of fast gimmicky unsettling behavior, it profits nothing. This does not mean he doesnt know what he is doing, it simply means he acts like a frantic person having a meltdown, he would make a great mate for Robin.

Oh, I love Aaron. He knows every little detail of everything that he is selling….. that can’t be said about all of them….. and I also find him handsome ~ likeable ~relatable…… Leave him alone! LOL

Aaron Berger is my favorite host when it comes to electronics. The ladies around him know nothing! Yes, he might talk a little fast at times, but you have to know your stuff before you order something, especially when it comes to expensive electronics. Aaron is cute and fun to watch and listen.
