Why are political comments not being taken down from the Community? They make it uncomfortable here.

After paying by off my HSN Card, I will be cutting my TIES with HSN. pick your battles carefully!!!!

I think it would be so nice to have a completely separate Community Forum for the games. Call it the Gamers Community Forum and have still have the regular Community Forum. There are so many threads from gamers that one has to really scroll through to find other threads not regarding “games”.

I just wanted to comment on how much I like the host that was on with Diane Gilman this morning. I haven’t caught her name yet but I believe she is a newer host. She has blond hair and a super friendly personality. I always watch when I see she is hosting. I hope to see a lot of her, she is my new favorite!

  will there be any attention given to the Forum Tags?  They can be useful, but there are now so many, and so many meaningless ones, that they could stand a good scrub.  It would be a shame to clear them out completely, but a fresh start may not be a bad idea.

If there were no PMs, I never would have been catfished here.

I’m still seeing the old rankings and have have cleared everything, has that not gone into place yet?

 Ok … smiles gone ,  ranks gone and no mention of tickets  beside  the profile of posters.

 This is progress, (I guess ) I like the smiles  and like to see folks being recognised (ranks ) for contributing to the Community,however  it is ok .

I  saw one poster move to a Maven in a couple weeks … only post made were game scores they had .  That is ok because HSN  made no distinction between post of numbers  – like 123458  and post that gave buyers helpful information . Post were post  no distinction .  So it was perfectly acceptable .  

SO   NO recognition of posters by rank , no Smiles  and NO game tickets shown  seems fairer than it has been      Just MY opinion  , not a divine revelation  

I  really do appreciate the information shared by fellow posters …. it has move me to buy so much. Maybe a little less helpfullness could help me  save more money

Briana — The update you posted 1/12/2017 stated in the paragraph addressing rankings: “We’ve heard your feedback and understand that Community rankings can be confusing. To make things easier on everyone, we will no longer be classifying users by a ranking. There will be no more ranks or smile board.”

The recent update posted 1/29/2017 now instead reads: “We’re going to use roles for identifying user types like ‘moderator’ or ‘expert’ so you can distinguish between Community members, experts and moderators.” However, there is no mention of smiles. Are smiles, which many here wanted to say good riddance to, going to be retained?

If you doubt that the smile leaderboard appears to offer some sort of competitive gratification among Community members, and former members, please note the thousands of new smiles that have been given to years-old posts since you started your original thread on 1/4/2017.

Is the  “discussion” over?   I have seen your avatar at least a dozen times over the past 2 weeks but other than the last update to the OP none of any of the outstanding questions have been answered. 

I’ve enjoyed moving up the ranks. I contributed it to all lthe participation I do and topics I bring up. I think I will miss it.

Please….After your word **UPDATED….at the beginning of your list,  please add the date of when you made an update in the listing.

HSN, in the forums would it be possible to separate out ‘crafts’ from ‘home and crafts’.  I am interested in the crafts community, but not in the home community.  I believe more people would post to crafts if it had it’s own dedicated section.  Thanks, Pam

This might sound trivial but I hope we can get our arrows back down at bottom of the page to go from 1 page to the next.Unless someone reads the board often,they might not know that you have to edit out the 1st page number and enter in next page number and press Enter since we have no arrows right now.
