the hostess shannon
I haven’t been watching HSN recently–I tune in and see Shannon–Can someone please tell me WHY WHY WHY did she have to get a FACELIFT???
There was absolutely nothing wrong with her face, why would she feel the need to get a facelift? She doesn’t look one day younger from it–she looks worse now–and one of her eyebrows is much higher than the other–why couldn’t she just own up to her age and what she naturally looks like at that age?
To me she always looked like she was in her mid to late 40’s–she still looks the same but now you can bounce a quater off her face
what a shame
now when she tries to promote those youth creams she’ll have no credibilty because it didn’t work for her and she felt she had to go under the knife–she needs to say now–‘this will take off the wrinkles after your facelift’
again–what a dissapointing shame

Is That what happened!? .. I Knew omething was off! … I just commented last week that despite her terrible hoating, I admired her skin an pretty face… but lately, her face has looked all messed up. I thought it was messy makeup.
-
esther80, do you know for certain Shannon has gotten a facelift?
-
Free Shannon was a Pretty lady. I knew something was off with her looks.
It appears to be a Bad facelift. Now, Shannon’s face looks to be tightly one-sided or uneven. Her bottom lip was already off-side a little bit, now her bottom lip Hangs or Droops badly.
If she indeed did get a Facelift, she got a Bad one. It must have been Free.

WOW! I was trying to figure out why she looked different. Being her face is tight, it makes her head look big….to heavy for her neck. I now see her lip…..does look big and hangs. It almost looks like she is the JOKER. The sides of her lips go up. Ugly. You all have good eyes. She is the second one on the show that has gotten a lift.
She still annoys me to the last nerve………sorry!

I just noticed tonight… so I did a search. I personally wish I had the "courage" to have a face lift… I have both the Suzanne Somers Facemaster, and Serious Skin Care egg… The technology makes sense… stimulate and firm the underlying muscles… but I don’t do it often enough. One thing that I love about HSN is that they support "mature" hosts, instead of the powder puffs. I have a sister who’s 61, unemployed, and being screened for age, although she’s incredibly qualified. So, the way I see it, support our fellow sisters… and whether I agree or disagree with the tone of their voice, what they say, or how they dress…. I love and respect that they are on tv representing the "mature" woman!! Merry Christmas. Remember, encourage others to encourage others!!

Why are all these haters spamming on Shannon? There is nothing wrong with the way she looks. I think she looks great! She’s never looked better! I don’t know if she has gotten a full on facelift. She may have just gotten some botox injections. But either way, she looks really good. Her face is even; her skin is smooth; her skin isn’t tight looking at all. Her face looks really nice.
Someone mentioned Suzanne Somers. I think she looks ghastly. Her face is horribly bumped and pinched. She claims to use that stimulating machine of hers on her face everyday; I think that machine is what has caused her face to look so bad.

If I had the money I would get a face lift.
One of the drawbacks of a face lift is nerve damage, they may have damaged a nerve in her face, be like coming from the Denests office and still being numb , your one side hangs,no control over it

Shannon looks great and is a working woman doing her job. She does it well or she would not still be employed at HSN. I wish Shannon and all of the other hosts, the HSN community Happy Holidays!
-
When Shannon was on with Adrienne not long ago, she mentioned Shannon had a boyfriend. Maybe he is younger than Shannon. She is way too young to get a facelift.
-
I question whether or not she’s gotten a facelift. She looks the same to me…..maybe even a touch better. I attributed it to the application of better quality makeup.

I pray Shannon has not had health issues to make her look this way. Her look is different, and not in a good way. It looks like a facelift that went badly. Her face looks one sided and uneven as if they pulled the right side up too much. It looks as if she is tilting her head. There is now small but noticeable creases or folds just above the right eyelid. Her eyes almost disappear when she turns her head. It is strange because Shannon Was an attractive looking lady.

It seems that ‘New friend’ is really *Free-Shannon’s friend * who came on here merely to (1) inform us that she/he is tired of reading complaints about hosts (Shannon) and (2) to defend Shannon’s appearance.
Well ‘Free-Shannon’ friend, you came to the Wrong place to defend her appearance. For that, you should go to the Free-Plastic doctor.Consider your mission failed, because all you have done is to better publicize her face and to Ensure that the ‘bashing’ will continue. :smileylol:

Her right eyebrow is a lot higher than the other.
Remember this is a free forum so we can talk about anyone we like,
jgg60 you seem to be getting a little to personal with the other posters. You voiced you opion on the subject now let it lay.

Can Shannon just shut up,

To read comments regarding a woman’s looks (from a couple other women) it’s a grief. Which one of us would put our face out there for millions of viewers to look at daily and find fault? Or even post a comment? These kind of ‘jabs’ are the things we deal with in highschool. We as women are far more than our personal appearance. Let’s remember the amazing opportunities regarding “random acts of kindness”. Opportunities are everywhere. Why not step up to do a kindness rather than step over someone. Oh, and WHY would she need to “own up to her age”? These are personal choice issues. I learned long ago…never feel obligated to share more than which you are comfortable.
Having worked within so many third world nations, I can tell you there are many women I’ve met that most would not find attractive at all. Yet, the true inner beauty they possess is worth more than silver or gold. Is it ever too late to do (or say) the right thing?:womanhappy:
