Simply Ming Pressure Cooker

I didn’t know where to post this but I recently purchased the Simply Ming Pressure Cooker. Cooked a chuck roast stew and it turned out great. When I saw Chef Ming demonstrate on HSN, he made a pork and rice dish but this recipe is NOT included in the recipe booklet. Does anyone know how to make this and does anyone have a resource for additional recipes? The booklet doesn’t include very many recipes that I’d like to make. Thanks.
