Shipping delays

Yes there is obviously an issue that’s not been resolved. My first was in October & now it’s nearing the end of November & it’s just as bad. I’ve had an order sitting in “packaging” for 2 weeks. I emailed customer service but what was I thinking?
Of course, no feedback from there. Once my recent orders are fulfilled I will be leaving hsn permanently.
