I attempted to purchase Hoverboards for my children for Christmas. I thought HSN truly had flex pay. Well low and behold, they do a “soft” credit check without telling you! Then they deny your purchase if you do not meet their soft credit check. I will NEVER use this company again and I will be certain to tell my fellow co worker at the hospital the same!!

They do tell you. Perhaps you overlooked reading about it.

“FlexPay orders may be subject to credit verification by HSN and we may review the credit report. You may contact our HSN Credit Department to see if a credit report was requested and the name and address of the credit reporting agency that conducted the report (if applicable).”
