Order Question and When It Charges-I Am Confused

I tried 2 times to start similar thread in CS but it would not let it go through.I hope it will post here.:womanwink:

I was placing order online and it showed delivery would not be until 12/16.I called CS to make sure I would not be charged until it shipped.Normally it shows pending on my credit card.

He said I would be charged the 1st flex pay or the entire amount,whichever way I chose,today…I have been ordering for yrs and normally I pay for fast delivery so I usually do not run into this issue.

So I just hope 1 of the mods will clarify for me whether we pay day we order or the day it ships…Other places I order from charge day of shipment,,so I guess that is where my confusion lies.

, I checked your order and see that the payment status is Authorized. This won’t change to a charge until it ships.
