My Bucket List

Candace,  how was the first week of retirement? 

Congratulations Candace!   Thank you for all of the help and follow through you have given me.   You will be greatly missed.   I sincerely hope the road brings lots of new adventures,  new friendships an happiness.   I hope you have a long bucket list because I look forward to hearing about each and every one!

 Congratulations on following your dream! I love your RV and I am sure you will have some wonderful adventures. A few years back, we bought an RV so we could take our dogs on vacation with us. So many great memories. One suggestion is you can never have too much Rubbermaid shelf liner. The bumpy stuff that comes in a roll. It really does work on keeping everything in its place while traveling. We lined all of our cabinets and even the inside of the medicine chest so nothing  slides around. I hope you’ll be able to post a link to your blog. I am following a group of college kids who pooled their money together and bought a big sailboat. They are sailing the world. I love reading about their adventures and look forward to their blog updates. I look forward to adding your blog to my reading list and traveling the USA with you 🙂 I hope you’ll give us a heads up when you officially hit the road. Good luck and safe travels. 

Hi   Congratulations on purchasing that beautiful RV and deciding to travel around the US in it!  You certainly are courageous for doing this.  Do you plan on retiring from HSN when you start your trip and plan on living in the RV indefinitely?  Good luck to you!:womanvery-happy:

Umm, #20 on my bucket list is to stop working on it and actually do something!

What a cool thread! I don’t have so much of a bucket list. I just try to take opportunities when I see them. Like, when I was visiting my hubby in upstate NY, when we were dating, I got to see Niagra Falls. Then that winter when it froze over, I pleaded with him because I wanted to see it, lol. That didn’t happen, but at least I did see Niagra. Hehe.

Love, love,love the RV and the way you outfitted it!  This is big enough to enjoy but small enough to drive and maneuver around.  I have friends who have done just what you are doing and they travelled the US for 15 years and loved every minute of it.  It’s great that you will keep us updated on your departure and travels and I wish you nothing but great fun on your new adventures.:heart:

Candace,  it’s been 4 months since your last adventure and you mentioned you were planning to take some road trips.   Where have you gone? 

Candace, have you always been so adventurous?  Were your parents the same way?  I’m sure you gave them a lot of gray hairs while you were growing up.  :womanvery-happy:
