Is anyone else unable to check out using PayPal?

I don’t want to store my credit card info on hsn.com so since yesterday I’ve been attempting to check out using the PayPal option. I can put what I want into my cart at hsn.com. I then choose the PayPal option, at which point I’m taken to the Paypal website where I sign in successfully. Everything goes fine until I come to the final screen where you place your order. At that point I’m told that I can’t pay using Paypal because I already have an active Paypal account. (?????) I’ve been trying to place an order since last night. I finally got so fed up that I added my charge card info to the website & deleted it immediately after placing my order.

This is a GREAT way for you to lose sales, hsn. I only ordered one of the items that I wanted to order last night because the others no longer have free S&H on them.

Sorry to hear you had troubles trying to use a PayPal account, sgraham30. PayPal is a method of payment that we accept. Here is how to add your PayPal account to your HSN profile. After you’re signed into HSN.com, go to Payment Methods under the Account section. Under Add Payment Method, select PayPal and click APPLY. You will then be taken to PayPal’s website. Since you already have a PayPal account, you just need to sign in. Once signed in, you’ll arrive at the PayPal Billing Agreement page. Once all the info has been completed, click Agree and Continue button and you’ll be brought back to HSN.com. Hope this info helps.
