Inacurate Product Availability Update

Called HSN yesterday for help buying two (527-576) Galaxy S7 phones — color not important. Although site shows “20 Remaining,” I was told they were sold out; that included the S7 Edge which showed 17 remaining. Big disappointment not being able to complete my first HSN order. Is there a way to find REAL AVAILABILITY without calling customer service?

, have you try ordering from the site? I don’t know for sure, but I think they set aside a certain amount of items for web orders only. It still shows 20 left.
