HSN IS A RIP OFF

 also have an HSn card and pay online. I have never had an issue. The one time I had to call Commenity Bank the representative was very nice and patient. So I hope you can locate your payment and get it all sorted out. HSN, in my experience, is the best company I’ve dealt with in decades. They bend over backwards to make sure I am happy with every purchase.

Why would you send payments directly to HSN? They don’t accept checks or money orders. Did they cash what you sent them?

  I am very sorry to hear that you are having a problem but it sure sounds like like you are blaming a Innocent (in this case) HSN.  Didn’t you look at the bill?  I am sure it would have told you who to pay and where to pay it.   If YOU sent it to the wrong place don’t you think you can expect to have some problems until you get it straightened out?  Saying nasty things about HSN is not going to help.  I hope everything gets straightened out and you do not lose any money.  :mansad:

HSN has nothing to do with the credit card other than having their name on the card…All store/company cards are issued by a bank and they are who you have to deal with regarding payments,etc..

For instance I have amazon Visa issued by Chase Bank,an amazon store card issued by Synchrony Bank and Walmart MasterCard issued by Synchrony Bank…neither Walmart nor amazon handles any issue with my accounts…

HSN is issued by Comenity Bank so thats who the issue has to be addressed to…I have 3 or 4 store cards issued by Comenity and the easiest way to keep track is to register your HSN card at the Comenity website and you can see everything that goes on with your account,make payments,check they are credited,etc..Also you can contact them through your account on the site easier than trying to call..No payments are made to HSN that I am aware of…but to Comenity Bank…
