Flex Pay

I have to say I am very disappointed with HSN and will no longer be a customer. After many years in good standing with HSN I preordered a HP laptop which I am in dire need of for business purposes. I even added 2nd day shipping on and paid with a credit card to take advantage of FlexPay. I initial payment went through my credit card and then my order was cancelled. After an hour on the telephone I still do not have an explanation as to why this happened other than I was not eligible. No the hold is on my credit card and I will remain without a computer by my needed deadline. I could not even get an explanation as to why HSN’s website says “Flex Pay is available on all credit card and Pay Pal type orders….”

I will be using QVC for all my easy pay options and will never spend another dime with HSN
