Extended Shipping/Delivery – Does HSN think we are stupid?

Most of the Anna Griffin craft day items are on extended delivery. I don’t know about other craft items. When ordering yesterday (1/10) it clearly stated that. I guess HSN has not gotten their warehouse shipping issues fixed from October so to avoid any backlash, they are just indicating an extended ship date on most items. I guess that is one way to avoid getting dinged. Instead of fixing the problem of course. Seriously HSN, you can’t fix your shipping/warehouse problems so you just make up a future date for shipping? Not very brilliant and I am sure we are not buying your effort. Next you need to stop the whole promise of your standard 7-10 days you will receive your item. Why don’t you just start saying – in 15 to 30 days or something like that.

So HSN notified you up front that an item was on extended deliovery, and you are complaining? Would you rather they not tell you?

Here’s an idea If an item is on extended delivery and you do not want to wait, then go elsewhere. Tjhere is absolutely nothing sold on any shopping channel that is a necessity.

Just be an adult, make the decisiont to purchase or not, and move on. Seriously, people . . .
