I brought the Andrew Lessman Secure Meal because I don’t eat breakfast.

I know it’s the most important meal of the day. I just don’t like to eat in the

morning all I want is a cup of coffee. 

So this should do the job. One question do I add milk to make this up?

I just received my Andrew Lessman TS Secure Meal Replacement. It came today:smileyhappy:

I have not tried it yet but I will today inside the box was a package of Certified Organic

Peppermint Sencha Green Tea:heart: This I will have later. Also there was some Choconuvo

bite size pieces. I know I will love it. Just letting you know I have just received it.

Good Morning everyone. Happy Tuesday! The rain is with us today. Not much happening. I really enjoyed the Superbowl. So exciting. My brother came up from the sunshine state. He’s the best! We have always been close. My older brother is a sweetheart too. I love them with all my heart. When my parents started to lose their health I bought three crystal hearts representing each one of us. I was so proud of them. Each heart was full of love. ? Mom and Dad were the dearest ever. I am so blessed.
