Hello Peeps good to see you again and welcome to
Conversation – 10. I am well into my second year of doing this Thread.
It’s a small Thread where people can drop in and say hello or want to hear a lyric or two.
We have Loaf, Mooncat, Steve, LuckyRuby, Taci and Tamrick among others.
Music and Fashion is my passion. I am a avid Heidi Daus Collector so I do cover a lot of Heidi Daus.
Also other jewellers as well. I hope you enjoy it.

Colorado -
“Rocky Mountain High” – John Denver
He was born in the summer of his 27th year, coming home to a place he’d never been before.
He left yesterday behind him, you might say he was born again,
you might say he found a key for every door.
When he first came to the mountains, his life was far away on the road and hanging by a song.
But the strings already broken and he doesn’t really care,
it keeps changing fast, and it don’t last for long.And the Colorado Rocky Mountain high, I’ve seen it raining fire in the sky.
The shadows from the starlight are softer than a lullaby.
Rocky Mountain high, Colorado. Rocky Mountain high.He climbed cathedral mountains, he saw silver clouds below,
he saw everything as far as you can see.
And they say that he got crazy once and he tried to touch the sun,
and he lost a friend, but kept the memory.
Now he walks in quiet solitude, the forest and the streams, seeking grace in every step he takes.
His sight is turned inside himself, to try and understand
the serenity of a clear blue mountain lake.And the Colorado Rocky Mountain high, I’ve seen it raining fire in the sky.
You can talk to God and listen to the casual reply.

of a simple thing he can not comprehend.
Why they try to tear the mountains down to bring in a couple more,
more people, more scars upon the land.And the Colorado Rocky Mountain high, I’ve seen it raining fire in the sky.

Real World Colorado this would be home:heart:

We were talking about climate on the West Coast.
Well get a load of Colorado. One Spring one of my daughter’s graduated
from the University of Colorado.
We rented a huge Cabin in Estes Parks. It was gorgeous. Well in the main
living room was these 2 huge mountains that you could see. One was snow cap and one was green.
They were almost side by side I have never seen such beauty. We had to drive
high into the mountain’s. All around us were houses built out of the mountains. There is a god.
Now that is where I want to live. My family is all over Colorado.:womanhappy:
All my siblings and my mother and their families.:heart: One year it was warm then
when we got ready to leave they had a blizzard and closed the city down.
Next day it was fine. This happens all the time in Colorado and not just in the
Mountains. They have these little animals that pop up out of the ground I was so
scared I would step on one. Those little things are fast. They are all over Estes Parks
and other places.
