Anyone have a phone number for Command Performance Cookware? I tried HSN Customer Service but they can’t help. Purchased my original 22 piece set in 1998 with a 25 year warranty. A lid just broke and I need it replaced. Only the second item that I have ever had a problem with in all these years! I’ve scoured Google and only HSN comes up as a contact. If anyone can help me reach them I would really appreciate it!

unfortunately, the warranty is useless. I just went through the same issue. Warranties are a selling point but often are useless. HSN should have notified all CP customers that they had discontinued their relationship with CP. You can try to purchase lids on Ebay or even Craigslist but if not, you can try to purchase a matching lid from another company. I love the cookware as well but not having lids is irritating to say the least. Good luck.

P.S. Command Performance isno longer in operation and there is no working number.

you send it to crusine. HSN gave me the address where to send it to.
