chef ming

Curtis has a burner that is compatabl with all types of pots and pans. check ming still uses iron must have magnet on bottom and must magitize onto his induction burner. I was wondering if his are out dated being that they have induction burners that uses all types of pots, pans. with Ming’s, his pots, pans still have to be iron, staneless sieel with magnet bottom.
