chef ming indunction
has any used an induction? do you get that clear like plastic paper ring around the pot like with non stick pots? I have tefal when I make rece, oatmeal I always get that clear plastic paper ring around my pot. I try to avoid it when putting some in my birds cup for my parakeets and my cockatiel, so I never had a induction and I just would like to know if that will happen with chef ming pots. thank you.

You sure do! Depending on your browser you can set it up to save your sign in info so you won’t have to type it each time. But you will still need to sign in at each visit to get credit for tickets and have full access to other features.

, guess I really don’ t understand about “clear like plastic paper ring”.
I do have the induction, kind of a cross between Ming and Nuwave (don’t know whether Ming bought Nuwave or represents Nuwave???) I love the burner and the pots and pans.
The only thing I don’t like about my burner (it’s several years old), is the original ones had a safety feature, that when you pick up the pot or pan, the heat goes on pause. The newer ones elimated that “safety” feature. I would rather the heat keep going because there are certain dishes to make that needs the constant heat but need to lift the pan.
But nothing wrong with mine , so not getting the new one. Just keep working with the “safety” feature LOL.

, you shouldn’t get the white “ring” in this pan. I think the reason you were getting it before is due to the Teflon in your current pan. This pan is aluminum with a ceramic non stick interior

I have another question for induction users.
Does your temperature control work on an empty pan?
On mine it does not and i cannot properly preheat any pan without liquid.
I used a temperture gun to test and it does not control at any preset temperature on an empty pan.
please reply,
Thanks
