I have never heard that before. I don’t understand why someone else’s bad credit at that address has anything to do with you. You are not that person and have nothing do with their credit. Do you know this other person? Related to her? If not then it shouldn’t be a problem for you. Who is blocking the address? HSN?

I have never heard of anything like this before either! I never knew the person but have met her now because she moved to another apartment in the same complex and I actually went to her apartment and talked to her about it. She was fine with me giving HSN her new address, said she hadn’t heard from HSN for over 2 years but have them send a bill to her new address.
I’ve told HSN that my credit is good and they agree but they say that they won’t remove the block from the address that I moved to…………..????? They have verified that I live here and I am not her but still won’t remove the block. They say that she hasn’t changed her address (but she has because she said she did and I haven’t gotten any of her mail so I know she changed it) and until they can verify that she moved, they won’t remove the block. I even gave them her new address and the phone number of the manager here at the apartment complex so they could verify it and nope………they won’t do it????
So if someone moves to an address where a person with bad credit lived, HSN won’t sell to them anymore unless HSN can verify that the person with bad credit moved………..what if the person with bad credit takes off and never changes their address? I feel like I’m being penalized for her bad credit and even though they know where she is (because I told them), they are still punishing me???

How do I private message you? I tried clicking on your name………I don’t see anything saying private messaging………?
-
HSN-Candace I would private message you if I knew how to do that………how do I do that?
-
look to the upper right side of your screen, you will see a bell and an envelope. Click on the envelope picture and look for “compose new message”. Click on it. Send your e-mail to HSN_Candace and she will get it.

If anyone has had something like this happen to them, please let me know how you got it resolved. I don’t understand how I can be blocked because of what someone else did. I have cooperated for the last 3 weeks, waiting and waiting for them to resolve it. Now I’m being told wait another week……. Yet no one ever calls me back to even let me know it’s still been blocked. The only reason I know is that I called in again and was told that they still refused to unblock it on the 23rd. That was yesterday. Yet no one can tell me why that makes any sense. They all just say that they will try again but don’t call me back to tell me that someone is refusing……….they just wait for me to call in again. I’m sorry but this is totally unfair and unbusinesslike.

Sassygranny122, thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. I do have flex pays but I’m pretty sure that they took the money out of my bank account to cover those for this month at least. If you and your son live at the same address and they restored your account, I don’t understand why they are giving me such a hard time when I didn’t even know this other person until after I moved in and had trouble. They keep insisting that until they can verify that the other person has moved, my account stays blocked. Your son obviously didn’t move and yet they restored yours. I’ve even given them the old person’s new address and they still refuse to remove the block on mine.
At this point, I’ve decided to call their corporate headquarters but thanks for letting me know that someone else had this problem, too.

I just want to let you know that within one hour of talking with a very nice person at Corporate, the block was removed. It’s sad though that a person has to call Corporate in order to get something done. I advise anyone else who has this problem to try customer service but if they don’t respond and rectify the situation, don’t keep trying customer service………..call corporate………

Oh my Chris1220, so sorry this mess happened to you. The problem should of been resolved sooner than having you wait 3 weeks. It probably seemed longer for you. So glad the Corporate office took good care of you and straighten the mess out. HSN should offer you a gift card….I would! :womanwink:
