Why is Alyce Caron overtalking the spokes person for products today? Very annoying

What is going on with Alyce this morning?  It appears that she is taking over telling about the products this morning. I could bearly keep up with the features of the HTC phone features due to her overtaking the spokesperson who was very patient.  However, you could see on her face that she wished she would let her do her job in telling about this product.  It was very annoying!   She usually does not do this.
