Was not awarded correct amount of tickets on spin2win. Why?

Will someone ans my question? I won 1.000.00 tickets and I get no ans why I can not recieve themI did the cookie and cache and no tickets .I sent you an e-mail and still have not got a ans from you. All i ask is PLEASE ans me  Tanya Garrett e-mail *********** Game name Picturemenow. Can I get a ans. please. a thousand ticket is a lot.

I am signed but haven’t received 500 points for the last couple of time I got it only received 100 each time.

Ummm.  Been thinking.  Yep I can do that now and then.  Wouldn’t it be easier to eliminate the whole game from your end and put it back up in the new version when you make changes?  Easy peasy on your end for all of us…Ronnie

What’s a cookie and what’s a cache? Spin to win was messed up and now it’s OK.  What did I do right that I didn’t know what I did?  The mods answers always seem to be the same and I don’t know what they’re talking about.  Can someone put in plain language so even I could understand it?….Ronnie

The same thing happened to me on the Spin2Win!! Did what they said to do and it’s still not registering my 500 points!!

@marcy510, I’m sorry to see this. It sounds like you might be seeing the older version of the game. Deleting your browser’s cache should fix it. You can find some helpful instructions on how to delete the cache here.
