Thank you for so many years of being able to shop from home!  What’s been really great is I have been able to compare your pricing with other companies on line before I purchase.  I would have never been able to afford items without your flex pays and your “easy” returns have been the icing on the cake!  Although, (I haven’t returned many items.)  Best of all, I don’t have to get dressed & fight the crowds at the mall!  YEA!

Thank you to all of your representatives that explain exactly what you are getting & the descriptions on how to use the products.  I’m not sure where you get these wonderful sales  people & how you train them, but it’s too bad other companies don’t follow your example!  Your telephone assistance far exceeds the norm.  Where do you find these operators?
