spin to win

I have trouble with it consistently. It either spins very slow, only shows prizes every so often to even land on, doesn’t spin at all, or jumps after completely stopping, will stop on two “items” and nothing on the third etc. This game has been bad since they began the arcade. And very obvious it’s rigged. Does anyone EVER win anything besides tickets? I once got three guitars in a row, but never received the guitar??? REALLY????  I know better than to hope to win a prize. Just play it for the tickets.
