Spin to Win tickets not credited to accounnt

Anyone having a problem with the Spin to Win game not adding tickets to your account? Ever since HSN updated their website, after I finish playing Spin to Win, it used to right over to the main page of HSN, but now it does not. I won tickets today that were never added to my account. Also having a problem with My Alerts being listed, even after it tells me I have alerts to view. Anyone else having this problem?

@petitebrandito Tickets will not always show up right away. If you still don’t see them added after an hour or so, send an email directly to the arcade team by clicking here and they can look into it for you.
