The $25.00 shows in ad but not when I play? OR once in awhile it shows one $25.00, can’ win with one. I stopped complaining to HSN because they blame my browser? Sorry HSN there is nothing wrong with my browser

aaddy, you’re correct it isn’t your browser; however, this is not a mechanical wheel like the ones in casinos. You can still get the $25 gift card even if you never see it on the wheel. It has to do with the programing. I’ve had times where I’ve never even seen a $25 gift card while it’s spinning, but then I get the 500/1000/$25 combination when it stops. Just keep trying. I won a gift card 2 years ago and I don’t remember seeing it on the wheel until it stopped.
