Spin to win is a joke

I believe the entire set up is rigged.   I have been playing faithfully since October, 2015 and haven’t one diddly squat.   It is easy for the HSN/Arcadium employees to steal our tickets and enter themselves.  They have no guidelines set up for our protection.   I would be glad to dispute this entire set up, if I knew who to dispute it with, because HSN/Arcadium will not tell you the truth.   I have also checked the winners list at the end of each sweepstakes.  There are a number of people who win time and time again.  

It is not a good advertising campaign-defrauding the players.

I agree with you this game is rigged. HSN should be ashamed of themselves for offering a sham of a game that does not work half the time and doesn’t offer more discounts or prizes.HSN wants us to shop and spend money and entice shoppers with the birthday hoopla as if we will benefit,this game and birthday month has been a big disappointment!!!

I just played spin to win.  I won tickets a couple of times so far.  So I’m not complaining.  Just stating a fact.  There were no gift cards on any of the ten spins and I left the spins go on for a long time….Ronnie

Basically, I agree that HSN puts the games to play for fun. And, Yes, Rachel64, you do not have to pay for these games like going to a casino and paying but not a gambler but they do have specials just like everyone else. Enjoy the games even if I never won. ??

Indeed!  HSN has completely cheapened this game and the odds are the worst ever!  I’ve played EVERY day during the b-day month in July.  The first week, maybe once I hit 100 points.  A few times later, perhaps 500 once or twice and another 100, but that’s it.  In past years, you would win free shipping or percentage off, but not anymore.  I used some points for ‘rewards,’ but has anyone EVER won there?  A total joke!

As someone who has only won a total of 300 tickets on Spin to Win, I would like to add these observations:

Yes, I miss the free shipping coupons (with tons of restrictions).  However, there have been several Free Shipping Day promotions this month where entire categories had free shipping — even the clearance items had free shipping with no minimum.  Pretty amazing!

Yes, I miss the 15% off coupon (only good on a single item that had to be over $50). However, there is a coupon for everyone to use right now for $10 off a $50 purchase — even multiple items.  That’s 20% if your items total $50.  .  An even better deal!

I’ve taken advantage of both Birthday Month promotions and made out better than I did when I "won" coupons.

I agree. Big waste of time but still try. 

Dear Home Shopping Network,

I’m rather new to this part of the GAME.

   I thought it rather strange that I only won once (100) TICKETS.  I wake up and can’t wait to play your games.   But last night I realized that there was NO way anyone could win one of those prizes when on the middle bar it showed up   IMAGE COMING SOON so there was NO way I could have won:( 

I phoned up customer service and the lady on the phone told me that she would send them a note and that "it was some sort of "GLITCH"

Well it happened again tonight Humm Glitch  I think not.

Today (7-26-15) there is NO 500 ticket option in the first row of the spin, making it IMPOSSIBLE to win.  And there’s no 25$ gift certificates in play today.  This is jacked — ridiculous.  Just lost respect HSN – at least be fair.

Rachel614 is right on the money!  I have won about the same amount of tickets as she has so I can’t complain.  The games in the Arcade are fun and there to play when you want to.  Any tickets you acguire can be used to be in the pool for chance drawings to win gifts/prizes or donated to charity.  It doesn’t cost you a thing to play the game and take your chances on winning something.  Folks, HSN is in the business of selling things not giving them away.  So keep on shopping and playing and have a blessed day everyone!
