spin to win disappointment

I played spin to win, as I do, well DID, daily.  I won a $25 gift card. I never received the code for it in my email as stated. after several e-mails back & forth with customer service i was told that , while they value me as a customer, they could not do anything for me.  Further, they stated that because I could not find the code it could not be reissued. How could i find it if I never got it?  SO I have quit playing and will no longer think of HSN 1st when i want to purcase something. Too bad , I’m gonna miss all the clearance sale.
