Not getting all my tickets

I won 50 tickets which did not show and then won 500 on Spin to Win which did not show on the score and I memorized the amount I had (better than listening to the debate). I tried playing another game and the 50 tickets did show up. The 500 really made me happy since I have not won anything in a long time. Can someone check on this?
