Thank you for this! I haven’t used coupons or purchased anything (using VISA CHECKOUT) yet since I started shopping HSN. Could I use the VISACHECKOUT coupon code on a product if the card I have on that account is different than the one I have on HSN’s site or not? Thanks in advance if anybody knows. If not, glad you all got to use the code.

I used the Visa checkout coupon last night on some Serena Williams pre-sale event prices and it took $20 off.  FYI – I registered a MasterCard so it doesn’t have to be VISA, but when I went to check out, selected VISA checkout and entered my VISA checkout password, I received an OOPs- there is something wrong with your order and to call VISA Checkout pop-up message.  Luckily they man their phones late as I called about 11pm last night.

When you do the initial sign up for the VISA checkout, you have to provide a phone number, which I did.  BUT what VISA checkout doesn’t tell you anywhere on their site is that the phone number has to MATCH the phone number associated with your HSN account.  I’ve had my HSN acount over 15 years so the phone numbers didn’t match.  Once I corrected that, the order went through.
