Welcome to JPA-22 (Just Playin’ Around 22)!

This thread is about the HSN Arcade, although it can get off-topic as we chat with each other about the games(tips, questions, problems and accomplishments), our activities and daily life, special interests, pets, the Reward Prizes, shopping, avatars, how to post pictures, food and the HSN features.

We enjoy meeting new people as well as continuing the friendships we’ve made. So whether you want to make a one-time post or ‘talk’ multiple times daily, join in. Ask your questions, make a comment or just say Hi! We’d love to hear from you!

We also all try to get together on Friday evenings during HSN Game Night (8 PM Eastern) to answer the Trivia questions(assuming they work!) to earn tickets and to laugh and chat. So join in the fun and get some tickets.

We have newbie gamers as well as die-hard players whose names you’ll see on the leaderboards. Even if you have never played a game in the arcade, post your question and someone here will help out. We like to surprise each other and make each other laugh. So bring your sense of humor and join in the fun!

Morning ! Cute ‘lil birdies. Glad you didn’t blow away like a tumbleweed or, get sandblasted. Sand + wind = exfoliation. You could save a ton in beauty products too!

Good morning Deek! Your post wasn’t there when I started typing. Thank you for the coffee too but shall safe it for later. The rooster crowed this morning (still is and will cont. till about 4pm) and my husband and son said they heard the mule and all four cats showed up yesterday, all is well in the neighborhood.

Good morning, yeah for your 100 tickets! Don’t spend them all in one place yuk-yuk. Does HSN carry small watercraft? You may need to check into it if it keeps raining!

your bracelets are very pretty and on my wishlist. I hope your scents work out for you .

1212 (and Basserbabe) I too keep a flashnight near and feel better (regardless of circumstance) when my son walks in from work. May God keep you well.

Continued prayers of comfort and healing for you ladies as well as for Meme, Lemire and JShine. One day at a time….. Melch, cold and rainy is better than blowing and snowing! How is the best way to play the stacked deck on the 52 game? I just got another one Did better but still couldn’t finish ,,wish I had got pictures but I didn’t.:womanfrustrated:

Good morning everyone!:womanhappy: Just got back from visiting Dracula (had my blood drawn) so I am getting a very late start on the thread. I had to have my first cup of coffee before I could type! Hope you all read the directions for going from page to page without an arrow to guide you. Seems we will have to put up with some glitches for a couple of months until the new system is installed. What else is new?:womanfrustrated: But we have our games and shopping to keep us happily occupied! Now it’s time for more coffee so please join me……:heart:

Just a reminder about the Game of the Week–Tri Peaks Solitaire. I hope that you all know that you can get tickets even when you don’t ‘win’ the game. It’s not automatic as the other games are.

If you don’t win (run out of moves and cards are still on the board), click on the 3 horizontal lines at the upper right. When the box opens, click on Quit. Then a box will open asking if you’re sure you want to quit. Click on Yes. When the next box opens, click on Submit. You will then be told how many tickets you earned. If you don’t do this and just go on to the next game (when you haven’t won), you will not get any tickets.

By the way, if you don’t know how to play this game, it is one of the few with good directions. Click on those same 3 bars at the upper right before you start and you will get 5 ‘pages’ of directions.

Good Morning, I am s-s-l-l-o-o-w-w-l-l-y-y getting over my disappointment at the Green Bay Packers loss to Atlanta Falcons 44-21. The worst part was that they were not playing like the team usually does. So many dropped balls and poor coverage on defense. I was looking forward to a hard-fought well-executed close game. Oh, well, there’s always next year. I guess it was too much to hope that the CUBS and the PACKERS would win the championships. GO CUBBIES!!!!

Hi all, I am glad to here no one blew away, or too far anyway. I hope your hiney doesn’t bruise and that your not sore. I had a hard time sleeping last night with all the racket from the debris hitting the house. At times the wind drove the rain soOO hard I thought it’d drive right through the walls.

I haven’t heard the rooster across the road for two days now. One of the neighborhood cats finally showed up this morning. It’s still abit gusty. We are just about t wo hours south of “our” HSN TV studio. Prayers and please, be careful anywhere you are with harsh weather.

Many Hearts and Smiley Faces…back to the arcade!

Good evening everyone! That thing you saw flying by your window was not the Flying Nun or the Goodyear Blimp but Me!:womansurprised: I was outside trying to pick up branches and sweep a little but it was useless. I can’t believe it is still so windy here and will be tomorrow to. My neighbor was trying to clean up her yard and looked over just in time to see a gust hit me and knock me on my keister. Yeah, she was laughing hard until one lifted up her duster and showed the world her briefs!:womanlol: Who says you can’t have fun at home?:heart:

I wanted to make a special post here to Tina.I was away from the board 2 weeks ago when you talked about your cancer,the 2 surgeries you had to have and the infection you got.I have asked for prayers for you but that was all I said since it was on the other thread.

I just wanted to let you know you mean a lot to many of us on JPA and we hope you continue to do well with each 3 month check-up.I know this also had to be a hard time for DBR,so my prayers and good thoughts go out for each of you.:heart:

Your post was in the middle of Friday night postings,so I almost missed reading it.May God bless you and each of your loved ones.:heart:
