joys hangers
joys hangers are awful and your closets will never be like on tv

I’m not sure what is not to like about Joy’s hangers. Personally, I love them. There is nothing better for keeping clothes on the hanger instead of on the floor. It’s almost impossible for a garment to slide off. Even nylon clothes stay on the hanger. It is true that my closets don’t look like the one’s on TV because I have way more clothes and stuff the closet full. I also don’t have all the same color of clothes. 🙂 I can’t blame that on the hangers though. Over the years I have bought several hundred for myself and friends. I have had a few of them break, but if you aren’t too rough with them, they are pretty sturdy. I think I had a few duds, that broke quickly. One time a shipment came with 2 broken before I got them out of the box. I could have sent them back but it wasn’t worth it. Each to his or her own I guess.

lol I will be typing a normal word and the phone will suddenly change it. I’ll take half the word, make a new word and then type a second. So weird.

I am fighting with my phone, btw. It likes to change my words – often after I’ve posted so that I don’t catch it in time. Smartphone my butt – more like smart “you know what” phone! Lol

So weird. I just received my first ever purchase of them and I love them! I bought the purple orchid color and it was the 100 piece with the 2 storage boxes, extra length over the door hook and the hanging bag. My only wish we still that somebody would make an over the door hook thin enough at the top so you can close the door. But I had no trouble hanging anything on these yet. The clothes stay in as promoted. It’s velvet, velvet will vary in shades even in the same piece if it’s rubbed or scratched. Yes a few stuck a little, but it wasn’t really an issue at all. I have since ordered another set just like this. I absolutely love the storage boxes and wish as he would sell them separately! Last night I put all my crochet stuff in one and it looked so much better than how I had it.
I understand if someone else has a different experience, but you can return things and oftentimes if you contact them directly they will wave the shipping. -
I like that my clothes don’t fall off the hangers. That is what I buy them for. I don’t like the clips to hang my pants on because they are too short. I’m much better off just folding the pants over the hanger. I don’t have more room in my closet using these hangers. So back to my original statement, I buy them so my tops don’t fall off the hangers.

LOL @Joy Bad Luck Club!! My vintage hangers break too when they are handled roughly and clips have ben an issue for me but they are the best option out there as far as I know. Other hangers are too bulky and slippy – I’m hang up on Joy’s hangers.

I’ll say it over and over

Sorry you had to start another thread on this. If you search on this at the top of the conversations you find we’ve all been through this many many times. Her new hangers are trash, her older hangers are great. There seems to be some time frame about two years ago when they changed. People are all over each other defending them, but when you look at the date they bought them, it still holds true. Old good, new bad.
Just use them for real light blouses and light knit tops and tank tops. It will keep them from slidding. I assume yours are breaking? She sells millions so there is no need to complain, they are still making money. Return yours if you can, it’s better to lose shipping than all of your money. Otherwise, use them as I advise. Good luck, and join the Joy Bad Luck Club.
