I’d like answers …….tumble tiles

why does it freeze……refresh cancels out everything and takes me back to level one.  What do I need to download or update in order for this to stop.  It also doesn’t download as fast as the other games.  Frustrating to say the least. Not to mention I have yet to earn tickets.  So here it is double tickets Friday and I’ve just been wasting time.
