HSN Arcade Issues

I have not been able to play any of the games, or find my "save for later" list. I’m trying to get used to the new, big look of the shopping cart. I have not been able to find clearance items when I have looked for only them. They are lumped in with the new arrivals and other regularly priced items. I used to be able to go to the back page of clearance items easily and see those which had been on sale the longest. I would like to be able to do that again. Why can’t I find nightgowns when I type the word in the search box? You do have a couple, but they are very hard to find. Please tell your web designers if they are going to make such big changes in the website, they should be announced ahead of time, and work arounds explained until all the kinks are out. It’s very annoying. I’m a very good customer and I don"t like being taken for granted, which is how I feel. You should keep having free shipping and handling until you get these issues resolved. Thanks.

FYI, Running from chrome didn’t help. Clearing cache, cookies and history doesn’t help.  I can play the games and do get a score but 0 tickets every time.  Good luck everyone!

No sense in playing arcade, no points for any of the mobile games.  Not fun.  I havent been able to get any points for weeks now. I give up.

This morning I tried to enter some of the reward prizes and the message was that it was too late to enter.  The item said 5 days left…please fix.

I get the feeling that this is the way the Arcade format is going to be like from now on,such a shame because it will deter alot of people from playing and actually going to the site to shop.

One solution….an Android Tablet with "pinch to zoom" even on my 7" tablet the game enlarges to fill the whole screen, not perfect, but my eyes need large!! I am mostly using the free version of Photon web browser or Puffin. I am not playing only mobile site games, browsers like I mentioned with their own flash allow tablet users  to play most of the arcade games. For you all on a regular computer would something like "fat font" enlarge the games?? I only have a tablet, so I don’t know what apps are available to you to try and increase size/or if they even work on games??

The whole arcade has become a cruel joke on the people who love to visit and play games. Was this new design done by someone in desparate need to show they have power? You would be better served had you employed a child of about 10 yrs old. They seem to be more in tune with today’s electronics. The playing field has become so small it is terrible. Lost points on the only game of jigsaw I could mange after being sent to rewards, today’s special and even Comm. Then it cheated me on tickets. After finally getting 1 game done with about 11 min. it gave me 50 tickets. Hooray for all my tries. You need to try and hire the gal from TV to flip the tiles so they could move faster than a snail. All the time is used up waiting for the tiles to turn. Trying to get to a game is now another issue which used to be so simple. Have to click on games now to find a fav. The biggest issue is the black bar on top. Can you not find someone who is going to tackle all these problems? Bigest sorry would be to return to the old format.

What the hell is going on here? I can’t see the games, they’re so small now… and no amount of ‘sizing’ on my computer will make them larger. WHY WHY WHY does IT feel it has to justify its existence by ‘changing’ something that doesn’t need changing? UGH! I’m so aggravated. HSN ISN’T FUN ANYMORE!

This isn’t something that sprung up overnight. IT has been working on this ‘change the arcade’ business for some time now. If they feel the need to actually ‘DO’ something, why don’t they FIX the fact that we can’t use the formatting icons here in our Message box on the forums? THAT is a real, definable problem… the arcade wasn’t.

And just ‘where’ are the ‘headings’ we used to be able to click on from the arcade… Order Status, Account, Recently Aired, Watch, and Community? I have no access to these anymore from the arcade page. What a frigging mess. I HATE THIS!!!

As for your plea for us to be patient, well, I’m sorry to have to say this but… I have NO patience for the schmuck who designed this change, nor for the schmuck who approved it.

I DO NOT LIKE the new concept…the person who conceived it needs to go back to the drawing boards, or preferably, return to the orginal.  NEW does not always mean better, and is this instance it definately is not better!!!

Format is terrible.  Loved playing games before…not so much now. Hope you can fix this. Also, I,ve never won a prize. I just do not enter as much. Not worth the effort. I agree with others, if it isn’t broken why fix it!

I can not get points or tickets on any game except the puzzle. This is with the HSN app and with Chrome

Can’t use keyboard anymore when playing spellbound! Ugh. 

This morning I can’t even get the games to load….Have tried in both modes….have waited and waited. Get nothing but empty screen!  At one point I did get the ‘powered by Arcadium" lightly visible, but nothing more…….

HSN….there is a saying…don’t fix what isn’t broken….Your arcade worked GREAT, it wasn’t broken ……Why the need for a fix???

There are so many things wrong with this new format.  My biggest problem is it seems all the graphics that have been put on the page won’t fit my computer screen.  Games, format, etc. are very hard on the eyes.  May continue may not. Hope it works out for everybody no matter what HSN decides to do.

Why – why – why did someone think the arcade had to be revamped?  Whose bright idea was it to change the arcade format?  WE WANT IT CHANGED BACK!!!!!!
