HSN Arcade Enhancements for 2015

Since the launch of HSN Arcade, our goal has been to give you a fun place to play and win while shopping HSN. We’ve released dozens of fun games, awarded thousands of prizes, launched innovative game features across our site, and made many new Arcade friends right here in the Community.

We are focused on continuing to make your Arcade experience better and to do that, we will be removing My Missions and badges on Wednesday, 1/21/2015. This change will allow us to dedicate time and resources on bringing you more of what you love about Arcade.

1. More Games! New and exciting games are coming and we’ll expand the number of games available on HSN Mobile.

2. More Tickets! We’re adding more ways for you to earn tickets throughout HSN.com

3. More Rewards! Increased reward product prizes offered and bigger, better “experience HSN” sweepstakes.

Our teams have begun working on improving your Arcade experience and we will communicate big enhancements to you, here in the Community, as they come up throughout the year. Please visit the Arcade FAQs for more information about games, tickets and sweepstakes.

We want to thank you all for being such great Arcade members over the past 5 years. As a token of our thanks, we want to “triple” your fun on select games. Check back throughout January to learn more!

I am actually glad because they did not always work….. when i did finish a goal it would put me back at the begining and say i did not do it and i never saw the points… not a very fair system to start with.

I just received an email from the arcade team. They are no longer giving the 25 tickets for logging in, that went along with removing the badges, etc.

I’ve suggested this before: I would like to see a new forum called ARCADE FAQ. It should be "highly moderated" meaning that no post gets through unless HSN approves it, sort of like the Welcome — Getting Started forum, except here the content would come from arcade players. There should be one topic for each game. Players can post about how to play it, how it’s scored, tips on how to get better scores, how tickets are given. No questions, comments, discussions allowed (that’s what this Arcade forum is for). In addition to the games, there could also be topics for FAQ’s about tickets, leader boards and Rewards. I just think it would be great to have all that information in one place.

I second that…..jigsaw puzzles are fun to do. I look forward to the TS jigsaw everyday.

I sent an email to the team, I will wait for their reply, and let you know what is going on. Those 25 tickets can add up, especially on days that I can not play.

Thanks whb. I did see the ‘You Earned 25 Tickets’ banner yesterday and I checked my Profile Reward History and see that I received them. But I didn’t receive them for today.

Also, now that they have removed the badges from our Profiles, they are no longer posting our Total Lifetime Tickets–only the ones we have left to ‘spend’ on the rewards.

HSN, please include our Lifetime Totals on our Profile page. I would even like to see them show up in the blue box with our nicknames that is in the upper left corner of the Arcade pages. At one time both numbers DID show up.

Let’s keep the Enhancements improving things. So far all I’ve seen is the loss of badges, missions, 25 tickets for visiting the site, and posting of the total tickets we’ve earned.

Did not receive my 25 tickets for signing in again today. I will attempt to contact the arcade team.
