HSN Arcade Enhancements for 2015

Thanks for those who shared where to find your total of Lifetime tickets under the new system.

I read about this thru an email I received. I think it’s a good idea. :smileywink:

HSN, your "enhancements" to Alu’s Revenge has made it almost impossible to get through to the higher levels, i.e. level 4 through 6.  The masks are not falling in similar color blocks that can be clicked on.  Therefore the game is ending early almost always now.  Please tweak this game so it played fun like before.  Now it is just a chore.  

WELL HERE WE GO—IF A PERSON DOESN’T WIN OR DOESN’T ACTUALLY KNOW SOMEONE WHO WON, THEN THEY SAY THE GAMES ARE RIGGED!!!    BEEN THROUGH THIS AT GAMESVILLE AND POGO.  THINK IF THEY COMPLAIN ENOUGH THEN MANAGEMENT WILL CHANGE THE GAMES SO EVERYONE WINS ONCE!!! LOL  AND GAMESVILLE CAVED AND TOOK AWAY MOST OF THE PRIZE GAMES..  NO LONGER GAMES OF CHANCE.   AND PRETTY SOON WILL SEE POSTS COMPLAINING ABOUT REPEAT WINNERS.  OH AND BY THE WAY THE ONLY THING I HAVE WON IS FREE SHIPPING.              COME ON PEOPLE JUST PLAY AND HOPE TO WIN.  JUST HAVE FUN PLAYING.  STOP BEING SO CHILDISH.  YES I WANT TO WIN BUT IT’S A GAME OF CHANCE.           THANKS HSN.  I ENJOY THE GAMES WIN OR NOT.

I’m a 15 year frequent HSN and QVC customer. I am very happy that the HSN Arcade will be re-tooled to improve it’s use for customers, more items and more value items and EASIER to get MORE tickets!!! Most of the games are a waste of time in getting tickets, even when they work, such as Monkey Gems and the Egyptian Slot Machine … impossible to win and when  you do 50 tickets MAX!!! STUPID!!!! I want games that give more tickets for more items of higher valur to win …after all … when you can get it to work, you have constant advertising (real time) while people are playing the Arcade and you should be paying properly for our time exposed to your advertising. I’m sick of the BS from HSN. Get your systems fixed liked they used to work, easy to watch and hear real time HSN TV while playing Arcade games. In addition, your recent Special Spin for Prizes and Tickets have been tootal Bull Pies … and I couldn’t be bothered. It’s bad enough that when they are good, most of them just encourage purchasing 90% to10% customer benefit. You greedy ***!!!! And I’m tired of your hawking any ** items … like NoNo products … I’m $750 in the hole because of your false claims and considering hiring an attorney for false advertising. Many of the products you sell are not tried out immediately upon receipt … so when one discovers that they don’t actually function as advertised … the refund period has expired. I have LOST TOTAL FAITH that your presenters are telling the truth about ANY product and just trying to get sales commissions. I have spent TONS of money at HSN, but in the past year, I have moved to eBay which offers more value and is at least as customer friendly as HSN … and no sales pitch lies!!!!

I would love for us to be able to turn our points into spendable cash!! I would be playing more, watching the side lines to see what is on and buy more. Also longer times for some games

so you don’t time out so fast. I do enjoy the games very much.

one announce point removal for even reviewing products. I did not get any yesterday nor today?

I am retired & love playing the games.  I like to keep alert in my mind, cordination & speed.  A good testing tool everyday.  Very disapointed I have never won any prizes of the products I truely like.

I’m not certain if this has been addressed already, but have the 50 tickets for pinning to Pinterest disappeared as well with the new changes?  Thank you in advance.

I am not sure about the tickets and what offers I can take advantage. Is there any thought to applying tickets to purchases? I have entered tickets for merchandize but am not convinced that the winners that are listed are "real" winners since I have never even been contacted that I have even come close to winning any merchandise.

I haven’t seen when logging in where we used to receive the 25 Free Tokens, are they or have they taken this away as well. Thank you in advance..
