HSN Arcade Enhancements for 2015

Since the launch of HSN Arcade, our goal has been to give you a fun place to play and win while shopping HSN. We’ve released dozens of fun games, awarded thousands of prizes, launched innovative game features across our site, and made many new Arcade friends right here in the Community.

We are focused on continuing to make your Arcade experience better and to do that, we will be removing My Missions and badges on Wednesday, 1/21/2015. This change will allow us to dedicate time and resources on bringing you more of what you love about Arcade.

1. More Games! New and exciting games are coming and we’ll expand the number of games available on HSN Mobile.

2. More Tickets! We’re adding more ways for you to earn tickets throughout HSN.com

3. More Rewards! Increased reward product prizes offered and bigger, better “experience HSN” sweepstakes.

Our teams have begun working on improving your Arcade experience and we will communicate big enhancements to you, here in the Community, as they come up throughout the year. Please visit the Arcade FAQs for more information about games, tickets and sweepstakes.

We want to thank you all for being such great Arcade members over the past 5 years. As a token of our thanks, we want to “triple” your fun on select games. Check back throughout January to learn more!

Love the arcade! However for the las t6weeks, it won’t take my points when I win. I must close out the games and then return thereby losing my points. Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

on the spin and win game when you win tickets, and answer the tickets into the drawing for a prize how do you know if you have won that prize? Am I notified somehow or does the price just arrived at my house I guess what I’m asking you is if I have to claim it and how will I know if I have one thank you

No one ever wins a prize, if you believe it then you’ll believe the next door neighbor won millions from PCH. just make your monthly payments and keep you credit in line OK.

so…what is this going to accomplish exactly?

Do we no longer keep track of points, badges, etc? How does that make it more fun? I am confused.

I Really Miss the Spin2Win Game! I miss how it used to give you Prizes of discounts or Free shipping, not the tickets it gave recently! Please bring spin2win back! It was so fun to play & view new products! It was kinda like Vegas with shopping incentives! Lol Thx!
