HSN Arcade Enhancements for 2015

Since the launch of HSN Arcade, our goal has been to give you a fun place to play and win while shopping HSN. We’ve released dozens of fun games, awarded thousands of prizes, launched innovative game features across our site, and made many new Arcade friends right here in the Community.

We are focused on continuing to make your Arcade experience better and to do that, we will be removing My Missions and badges on Wednesday, 1/21/2015. This change will allow us to dedicate time and resources on bringing you more of what you love about Arcade.

1. More Games! New and exciting games are coming and we’ll expand the number of games available on HSN Mobile.

2. More Tickets! We’re adding more ways for you to earn tickets throughout HSN.com

3. More Rewards! Increased reward product prizes offered and bigger, better “experience HSN” sweepstakes.

Our teams have begun working on improving your Arcade experience and we will communicate big enhancements to you, here in the Community, as they come up throughout the year. Please visit the Arcade FAQs for more information about games, tickets and sweepstakes.

We want to thank you all for being such great Arcade members over the past 5 years. As a token of our thanks, we want to “triple” your fun on select games. Check back throughout January to learn more!

looking forward to the big enhancements and triple tickets!!! One question, though. On the Lederboard for Spin-to-Win, everyone has the same scorer of zero. Does that mean you never actually gave away a prize or a tv? I have won points:100, 250, but never an actual prize? What gives? Are the prizes for real or just for show???

The one thing I would like to suggest is that (as I have quite a few points accumulated), if there are no prizes one would like to put points toward, or, as in my case, have already entered as many times on prizes I’m interested in for me or as a gift, I would really, really like to see an option to apply points to a charity. LOVED the St. Jude’s over the holidays. That one would be great to continue. Or, if possible, a choice such as St. Jude’s, Wounded Warriors, and others like them.

Why does it take so long to post winners when the drawing closes? Same for jigsaw puzzle winners?

howarejigsaw puzzle winners determined? If you finish more than one puzzle each day are you entered in the drawing for each finished game? Or regardless of how many you complete are you entered just once?

How long does it take to receive notice that you won something? I won something this morning, but no email from HSN.

Has HSN changed the way they keep score on the Leder board? Sometimes it shows the highest amount scored in one individual game, and other times it shows total tickets earned in a lifetime. Also, on Alus Revenge, no matter how high you score, you only get 70 tickets. If you score over 40,000 or score 140,000 you still get 70 tickets.It does not make sense because in all other games, the higher you score, the more tickets you get. I’m just saying…you asked! Lizzy818…I’m sure the Pegland problem is in my computer. It’s played slow for a long time. I’m pretty sure I have a setting that is incorrect. I clean all the usual things. It’s probably just one little click away from working perfectly. I am terrible about changing things, but I always try to make a note of what I changed so I can go back and fix it. I love to see how my computer works. Pretty bad huh? I worked with computer during my career, and staying home now is just too boring not to try to make things run better. Have a good day!!!

I also love to see the Lifetime Tickets won. It’s a little depressing. LOL.. I’ve been playing for years and not as quick as some of the younger players. That’s OK. I still love to play. Don’t ever get discouraged!!!

I really LIKE it that now the Lifetime Tickets amount is listed along with the Current Tickets when you open a game page. Thank you!
