In the old windows you go from tools menu to internet options and select delete and check anything you want deleted.
in Win 10 go from the three lines icon on top right hand corner then select the clock. and it will give you clear history.

I am also computer illiterate and I have cleared the cache and cookies 3-4 times in trying to play Flip Out using Microsoft Edge for my browser. I also have Windows 10 and to clear the cache and cookies, I also go to the 3 lines (to me they look like dots) in the upper right hand corner and then I have to select SETTINGS, another view pops up, and this is where I select what “browsing data” I want to clear – so I choose “cookies and saved website data” AND “cached data and files”. It then does a little bit of passing lines back and forth and viola – all should be clear and ready to play Flip Out. Or so you would think – but I am here to tell you that this is not happening for me and I do have the latest Flash Player up and running and “active”. So….. if anyone has other suggestions, please take some of your valuable time and post here on aggy788 question. Thanks in advance.

Oh, one more thing and this should probably not be posted here, but I actually won a prize on January 5th – a $25.00 HSN gift card. I have been meaning to share my good fortune with all the other lucky winners in the Arcade Community! I also won a beautiful pearl necklace 2 years ago and I am still getting many compliments whenever I wear it. Love to play the games and Flip Out is my favorite so you can see why I am upset that I cannot play it here. But I do encourage everyone to enter and rack up those points. You never know when it will be your turn to post as a WINNER. Good Luck!

and You might try using another browser. I am using Chrome and not having any trouble, although I am using Windows7.

Another way to clear….if on Chrome…Windows 10
Go to left of screen (top) where it shows arrow to go back…if you place curser there, don’t click, it says “Click to go back, Hold to see history”. Press down and hold…
A screen comes up and says “full history”…click on history and it shows Clear Browser Data…
click on it and it shows what you can clear,
Hope this helps. I learned this quite by accident.

Also, in addition to post below,
if you place curser on the circled upside down exclamation mark next to the https in address, it says “View site information” Click on this and you will see a lot of information about you.

In Windows 10 using Google Chrome there are three lines in the upper right hand corner (for me, like some of the other posts, they look like 3 dots going verticle). Use your mouse or hand and press on the lines/dots. In my case, I see the word history ( fourth one down) and I mouse over it. The word history becomes highlighted and if you look to your left you see another word history. This you hit on and it asks if you wish to delete data. Look to your right and there is a list which could be short or a mile long. Just press delete browsing data and it will delete the cache. For Windows Explorer I go into Control Panel and look for Network and Internet. I go into the main heading which will bring me to Internet Options. Under this subtitle you will see “delete browsing history and cookies.” This last one will bring you to a box called “Internet Properties.” Look down and you will see “Browsing History” and the word “delete.” Press delete and it will bring you to a page where you can choose what to delete. For me, I delete everything. Hope this helps.

and I wrote a new post to you toward the bottom of the page by your posts.

, try Internet Explorer and see if it works better for you. You don’t have to download it, it’s with Windows 10 but sort of hidden. To find it, start typing Internet Explorer in the search box in the bottom left of the screen. It’ll show up first in the results. You can right click on it in the list, and choose Pin to taskbar if you want the icon there.
Your search box is probably on the taskbar rather than just above it like mine.

OK – You guys are all super special Arcade helpers. I have enjoyed all your posts and have also tried almost all of your wonderful suggestions. BUT – the Flip Out game continues to be a real mess.Once I get this game to load then I think all is well with the world, so I then go play some of these new games (which I love) After awhile I go back to Flip Out and it won’t load, yet I had just played it within the prior 5 minutes. I am tired of clearing the cache and cookies so I have made an Excutive Decision to cease all future Flip Out games. It’s just too frustrating and my brain is taxed already with trying to beat the top score. I surrender~~!~~

Every night before I shut off my computer I run a quick virus scan and then I run two free programs to clean my machine. the two free programs are Free Internet Windows Washer & Free Privacy Eraser. You can get the info from Google on downloading them. If you do this faithfully you will seldom, if ever have any problems. I know it’s a pain and it takes a little time but it is well worth it…..:manhappy:

There is also Google and Opera, both work really well with HSN games. Firefox has a ton of problems and always asks for $$$.
