I’ve not been able to get into any of the games but spin to win and pyramid solitaire for a week, I’ve tried everyones suggestions but to no avail. HELP

@ness17, I’m sorry you’re still having trouble. Did you see HSN_Sarah’s suggestion posted on Monday? Here is the full suggestion that will provide the steps to correct or the foundation to report the issue. Please follow the steps and them report to the Arcade Team, if trouble persists.

Please delete cookies and cache and be sure you have the latest Adobe Flash installed. Then load HSN from the URL and not from a favorite or bookmark. This will load the latest site updates and set the criteria to report if trouble persists. To do so, please email the Arcade Team and include the following.
