You don’t have to post your score to be entered in the drawing for the $250 shopping spree; but it’s always fun to see how everyone is doing.  Remember you automatically get an entry for every time you tie or beat Shannon’s score up to 20 times; or, if you just can’t do it that many times, there’s always the Alternate Entry in the Rewards Store.  You get a total of 20 entries between the two methods.
