Bonus points not working!!

Not getting the double points for the Jigsaw puzzles. So far 650 ponts not doubled. I keep trying at different times to see if it is fixed. PLEASE FIX IT! Thanks

At least we are looking forward to Friday! Seems like this often happens. Anyway, I’m sure the folks at HSN will catch up to us and give us our double points!

Just did puzzle (game of the week) & got no double points, when fixed will i get that fixed too? & get my double points?Had trouble yesterday too with Toy Chest not loading!

I JUST STRUGGLED THRU THE PUZZLE AND GOT ONLY USUAL TICKETS. WILL YOU ADD TICKETS WHEN FIXED? THIS IS A HARD GAME FOR ME. THANKS A BUNCH!!!

I’m sorry you’re not receiving your double points. The IT Department has been made aware of the situation and currently working on a fix.
