Arcade is down

Glad to see that the arcade is back, but I haven’t gotten my 250 tickets for STW

It looks like the main arcade/game page is back! 

I’m not able to open all games can’t even see them.  I’ve rebooted and cleaned up disk completely. Only shows Suduko then open that and gives option of ‘all games’ but then same problem. At bottom only shows recent items on air.  HELP I need my games!

I am having the same trouble.  I finally got 250 tickets on STW and was awarded 0.  Then It let me play again  and another 250 with 0 awarded. Now nothing but soduko comes up.

I’ve been able to get to the Arcade Pageon both Chrome and Edge browsers;  but the only game showing is the Sudoku banner. I did discover that if you click on the Sudoku banner, it will take you to the game.  Then the alpha list of All Games is below the Sudoku game.  I was able to click on games and play them from there. 

I wish I did not drink that cup of coffee.. Now I will be up for hours:(  What am I to do?   I have been trying to find you to give smiles and

So many more…  VelveteenRabbit7, I feel ya!  I have time to look at the tv guide before the post goes on line. 

It looks like an old restore wasn’t dome because there’s a banner with Sean Daly’s picture with the beat my score……

internal error message also

I have been getting this same error. When I “click on” Arcade it only shows the “game of the week. I finally was able to play a game (not the “game of the week” and my points “deposited”) Maybe this will help someone else. I clcked on Arcade.. when it shows the game of the week.. click on it.. it will show a few other games listed and below those it will say something like…all games…(where you can click to see the rest of the games.. didn’t work for me clicking on it.. so used the “arrow” to view the games “side to side” (hopefully explaining well).. find the game you want.. click on it.. it let me play and shows my points added. 

I also, am not getting the arcade games.  I too, have been geting the “internal server error” but was finally able to get into the HSN website and all I get is the Suduko game.  I thought it was my computer and cleaned up all the cookies, ect., so now I’m good to go!!!  Just waiting for HSN to fix whatever happened.

I kept getting “server error.” Could not log on. Wonder if it was due to inclement weather in St. Pete and Tampa area. Or, did they unplug to update their system. Well, we are up and running now. So hope it stays that way. 

The main arcade page is not displaying properly.   There is no header at the top with games, rewards store,  community,  etc.  The only way to select a game is to use the arrows next to the 4 games displayed under the Soduko banner. 

How do I contact the arcade team?  I had just tried to submit my Tumble Tiles score of obver 1 million points for 350 tickets when the arcade went down and i checked now that the arcade is back up and I didn’t get my tickets.

I have been trying since 6:30 to get online with multiple browsers. Everything takes about 2 minutes to load.  Some times it says error.

FBN135 how are you able to get to the games? I do not see any.
