Arcade – help!

Been playing on 52 Pick-up and I’m not getting tickets for the games I’m playing. Computer is acting funny – don’t know if it’s my problem or on the site like yesterday. The circle that goes around clockwise while waiting for the site you just pressed on was going counter-clockwise (really strange) for some reason, then all of a sudden it starting going clockwise again but playing three games now, I’m not getting any tickets for them. Could yo please let me know what’s going on! Please if the problem in on this site, consider giving us a weekend for double tickets given that we are losing so much time during the shutdowns. Site kept freezing and had to keep starting the entire computer over again 4 different times now. Now not getting the tickets after playing each game.

Hi , I’m sorry you’re having trouble in the Arcade. Last night there was an issue that caused our site and the arcade to go down. I would recommend closing hsn.com before clearing your cookies. Then after opening a new browser window pull up our site using the address bar, not any saved links such as “Favorites”. Hopefully this will fix the issue you’re having… if not let us know!
