Anyone Having Trouble Retrieving Their Notifications?

I just tried looking at my Notifications which showed I had some and when I clicked on it, it went back to 0. This is what it’s telling me below:

This has been an intermittent problem that seems to correct itself in a couple of hours. I noticed it started happening again last night. When it happens, click on the PM envelope and the notifications will return.

My favorites are not working either.

My alerts are not working properly:)
