Anyone Else Having Problems With HSN Website?

It seems worse today.  Every time click on a thread the page jumps and takes me into a different thread.   The page anchoring problem has never been this bad.  It doesn’t matter what browser you use.

Yes !!

1. My 5th attempt to post . I get a message to create a nickname ?

2. Placed a order in my cart , hit flex pay option and boom !! “Thank you for your order”  without a review before I could confirm . :womanfrustrated:

3. Drop down menu covers most of any page .

YES I DELETED  MY COOKIES ETC . I need to change my zoom to 75% to post or view . I wear glasses . :womansad:

I just wanted to add that my Spin2Win has been freezing after the 1st spin for several days now. I can play on the app on my phone though.

The website is not acting right … HSN please call your  repair service .  :smileyfrustrated:

I tried three times to do today’s jigsaw puzzle and as soon as I got the edges done it froze and gave me the “i” sign in a circle.  Clicking on smiles takes a 5-15 second delay.  I’ve cleared my cookies and cache, etc. but no good.  Wish they would let us know when they are going to monkey around with the website.:womanfrustrated:

I think the game of the day is Hop Scotch.  That seems to be what my screen is doing. :smileyfrustrated:

Posting does seem better today although after placing a post I still have to return to the Community and back into the Thread.  Smile button is working – Yeah!  I’m not waiting as long for post to actually post.  The last few days have been awful.  It’s like take a nap time between posts!

I know you IT guys are working on this because I can see a big improvement but hopefully you are still on top of getting the “posting” box to stop inheriting all that “glitch” after a post.

It seemed like things were better today, but I just had a post “poof” away. One minute it was there, and then it disappeared. There is something wrong w my Favorites too.

What about the posts, you think are successful, then “poof” they’re gone (sometimes they reappear after you’ve repeated your post.) you can’t call them back through auto-save,  and posts are showing back up on threads cut straight down the middle, missing the right half.

How about weird log in/out behavior.  You shut down, turn off your IPad, open it back up and you’re still logged in.  Or, you log in the Community, play some games in the Arcade, go back to the Community and you’re logged out. Or, it says you’re logged in, but when you go to post you discover you’re not.  Sometimes I just ignore it and log out and back in to make sure everything’s good. Those are just examples of a myriad of odd logging in and out behaviors,

But the lack and or time lag (30 sec to 2 min.) in smiling is a real corker!

i know you guys are working on it, just had to vent..I know your really Arcadian IT nerdy cherubs, bringing order to occasional chaos!  Thank you in advance!

Retlaw, Yes! It’s jumpy, my fav displayed within this box the first time I attempted to reply, it does the hover when posting comments, plus excessive logging back in, trouble clicking into the password box,  reloading of the screens and so on….

And smiling is a friggin’ struggle, if you can at all!

Yes, I am having the same problem for 3 days now. And I have been “cleaning my cache & cookies” Matter of fact, I think I will close for the night & go have some milk & cookies 😉
